Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required to build digital supply chain capabilities in the workforce. It includes identifying supply chain workforce digital capabilities, developing a workforce digital capability plan, developing strategies to enhance workforce digital capabilities and reviewing and reporting on digital supply chain capabilities.Workforce capability is defined as an organisation's ability to accomplish its objectives and goals through the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies of its personnel. Building workforce capability in the use of, and engagement with, digital tools and equipment will require identifying knowledge and skill gaps. The unit is applicable to those with management or team leadership responsibilities within a supply chain.No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication. | |||
